These principles apply to Slovakia and explain what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have. Applies to the paci.fun website and related contact channels.

Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Communication and handling inquiries (contact form/e-mail/phone) – pre-contractual measures and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting and taxes – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) under Slovak law.
- Website security – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – logging and protection against misuse.
- Marketing – only based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Analytics/Cookies – only with your consent; anonymized processing may be based on legitimate interest.
Scope of processed data
- Identification and contact details: name, surname, e-mail, phone, company, message content.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time of access, URL, user-agent (server logs).
- Accounting data: invoicing details and contract performance data.
Retention period
- Inquiries: usually up to 12 months from the last communication or until the request is resolved.
- Accounting documents: according to Slovak legal deadlines (typically 10 years).
- Security logs: up to 6 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
- Marketing based on consent: until withdrawal of consent.
Recipients and processors
We process data internally and/or through trusted providers (web hosting, e-mail). Always based on a processing agreement and only to the necessary extent. We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your rights
