Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of goods and services by PACI s.r.o. for customers in Slovakia.

2. Definitions
Supplier – PACI s.r.o.; Customer – entrepreneur or consumer ordering goods/services; Contract – agreement between the parties, usually in written form or by confirmed order.
3. Orders and contract conclusion
- Orders may be placed by e-mail or via a confirmed quotation.
- A contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Supplier or by signing the contract.
- The Supplier reserves the right to verify Customer data and reject the order.
4. Prices and payment terms
- Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Transport and installation are added by agreement.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
- Ownership passes to the Customer only after full payment.
5. Delivery and installation
- The delivery time is specified in the quotation or contract.
- The risk of damage passes to the Customer upon acceptance of the goods or handover of the work.
- The Customer must ensure access to the site and fulfill technical conditions (e.g. load-bearing capacity of the substrate).
6. Warranty and claims
- The warranty period is at least 24 months for consumers and 12 months for B2B unless otherwise agreed.
- Claims must be made without undue delay after discovering the defect, with description and photo documentation.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, interventions, or normal wear and tear.
7. Withdrawal from contract (consumer)
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the goods are custom-made.
- For custom-made goods (e.g. concrete stands according to specification), the right of withdrawal may be excluded by law.
8. Liability and safety
- The Supplier is not liable for damages caused by improper use or installation contrary to documentation.
- Static assessments and technical documentation are provided as agreed; installation must comply with Slovak/EU standards.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the document Privacy Policy (GDPR).
10. Final provisions
- Legal relations are governed by Slovak law.
- Any disputes will be resolved primarily by agreement; otherwise, by the competent court at the Supplier’s registered office.
- The Supplier may amend these terms; the current version is published on this page and replaces previous versions.
